Register for California Wing Conference 2026

California Wing Conference 2026 is ready to welcome our members and guests. Please review the different packages, additional events, and clothing available in the descriptions below. This year, registration will be handled through Registration Zone. Be sure to follow the directions below. 

Important Disclaimers due to Registration Zone quirks:

• Registering for CWC26 does not prompt you to select a conference package.

• The email confirming you registered will state that the event price ($0) is paid in full.

• You are not fully registered for CWC26 simply by registering!

• You may see an error when you register (a red box in the top-right corner), but this error seems to be a false flag; check your email for an email confirming your registration before reporting an issue.

• To be fully registered for CWC26, you must view “My Events” on the Registration Zone home page. Next to “Event Price: Paid in Full” will be an orange dollar sign ($) with the tooltip “Pay for Add Ons”. You must click on this link and select one of the conference packages plus any, optional, add-ons you wish to purchase for yourself and/or your guests (including guest conference packages).

• After selecting your conference package and any other add-ons, you will be prompted to pay your invoice.

• Due to servicing agreements between NHQ and PayPal, there is a service fee of 3.49% + $0.74.
