California Wing Conference 2024 is ready to welcome our members and guests. Please review the different packages, additional events, and apperal available in the descriptions below. When ready, please register through our third-party, service-provider EventSquid.

The full California Wing Conference 2024 experience, including:

Awards Banquet Only ($100)
Available to members and guests who only wish to attend Saturday night's Awards Banquet and Change of Command Ceremony.
Cadet Day Lunch ($40)
Join California Wing cadets and for lunch on Saturday, 19 Oct 2024. Recommended for California Wing Staff, Commanders (all echelons), Cadet Programs Officers, and anyone interested in chatting with our Phase 2 and Phase 3 cadets. California Wing Cadet Day is co-located with California Wing Conference 2024, and this is the one opportunity where these two programs overlap.
Conference Apparel
California Wing Conference 2024 t-shirts and sweatshirts are available for sale. Both will be COLOR and branded with the California Wing Conference 204 logo. These will be made-to-order, and sizes can be selected during the registration process after adding items to your cart. Please note that all sizes listed are "men's" sizes. The last day to order t-shirts and/or sweatshirts is 15 Sep 2024.
Sweatshirt ($30)
This navy blue Hanes® EcoSmart® 7.8-oz 50/43/7 cotton/polyester/recycled polyester blend crewneck sweatshirt features double-needle stitching, set-in sleeves and durable low-pill fleece. The rib-knit waistband and cuffs offer a nice close fit.

T-Shirt ($20)
This Charcoal Heather Hanes® Authentic-T® 60/40 cotton/polyester blend t-shirt is designed with double-needle stitching at the collar, hem and sleeves for added durability.
Available from size S to 5XL.
Registering
California Wing Conference 2024 uses EventSquid as our third-party, service-provider to register attendees and collect payment. If you registered for last year's conference or any other California Wing events which use EventSquid, you can use the same username and password to register for this year's conference. Creating an account is free and easy.
When registering, you can select from the following three options:
New graphics are being created, but the text is accurate
- Mysel allows you to register yourself using the email address and profile information provided when creating your EventSquid account.
- Someone Else under my email allows you to register additional members of your party, and you will receive the confirmation email. For example, you can use this option to register your spouse to attend the Awards Banquet. Each member of your party needs to be added as a sub-account to your EventSquid account. Once added, you can select their conference package and complete registering.
- Someone Else undern their emai allows you to assist other members or guests register for the conference, and they will receive the confirmation email. Registering another member follows the same process as registering yourself. This does not create an EventSquid account for the third party.

Modifying or Cancelling
EventSquid has limited capacity to modify your existing registration, so this feature has been disabled. Each attendee (including yourself) can be separate transactions, so additional guests can register at any time before the deadline. If you wish to modify an existing registration, please contact 1st Lt Samanatha Moat, California Wing Conference 2024 Registrar.
