Squadron Commander Course (SCC) is an elective course of CAP Volunteer University that aims to provide current and prospective unit commanders with the tools and resources necessary to effectively lead a squadron. To facilitate dialog and emphasize the importance of networking, this course will held in-residence ONLY.
