Note:

Members coming from a great distance, please take your time and travel safely. Event opens at 1000 hours, try to arrive between 0900-0930hrs.

 

UNIFORM:

Cadets: ABU/Blue BDU. 

Seniors: ABU/Blue BDU/Polo.

• FORMS CAPF 60-80 Permission slip (Cadets Turn in at event).

• CAPF-160(I) Health History Form (Keep on your person during event).

• CAPF-161(I) Emergency Information (Keep on your person during event).

Cadet POSITIONS :

• Flight Commanders 

• Flight Sergeants  

• Cadet Staff 

All staff positions are available, indicate your choice. Cadet staff applicants must send their cover letter and resume NO LATER THAN April 22nd. Send to both Project officers and Leadership (Cadet or Senior) from your home squadron.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE SAFETY CURRENT in eServices before arrival. This is a one-day event. Participants must arrange transportation for the day.

 

Senior Officer Staff are needed; please contact Capt. Michael C. Mejia and 2nd Lt. Nicholas R. Pegis via email to confirm your participation.

Lunch will be provided at the event.

1. Completed form CAPF-60-80 (cadets only). 

2. CAPID Card

3. ABU/Blue BDUs

4. Cover 

5. Canteen or Camel Back (for water).

6. Sunscreen 

7. Sunglasses 

8. Ear plugs 

9. Safety Vest (optional) 

10. Medication (if needed)

12. Jacket (May be civilian as long as appropriate).
