2025 Bay Area Science Festival
October 25, 2025, 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (America/Chicago)
Group 2 will be sponsoring a booth at the Bay Area Science Festival (NorCal's largest education STEM fair), Calling Group 2 Cadets and Senior Members , where we will showcase to the public how aerospace education and STEM is an integral part of CAP's mission.

Event Date : Saturday, Oct/25/2025 at UCSF’s San Francisco Mission Bay Campus
Arrival: 10:00 AM for event set-up - unless you have made special arrangements to arrive later
Getting to event location : Public Transport or Personal Vehicle.
REQUIRED SAFETY MEETING: 10:30 AM
Event Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Clean up and Departure- 4:30PM

Please note: Unit Commanders will approve participation registration.

Cadet Non-NCO - ABU's

Cadet NCO -Blues - The rotation of tasks will be determined at the event.
- SM – Corp Uniform
New Cadets without Uniform:
- White button-up shirt or polo shirt - must be tucked in
- Black pants or black jeans
Must meet regulation 39-1 Grooming Standards - including New Cadets
Depending on the weather - A dark civilian-style overcoat or another appropriate outer garment is allowed, provided the shirt is not visible below the outer garment's lower hemline.

What To Bring: Please bring a filled water bottle and sunblock.
- Lunch - Bring your own lunch. (Snacks will be provided).

CADET ACTIVITY PERMISSION SLIP Pre-filled out Form F60-80 provided. You may be required to upload the completed form before hitting submit at the bottom of the page.
- Required Training - CAPT 116 General ES ,Aircraft and Ground Handling Training (Online Learning - ABSORB)
