Meal Ticket: Volunteers who work 3 hours or more and arrive before 12:00 pm will receive a meal ticket.
📌 Prerequisites for Registration: Airport Ground Handling GES 116 Cadet Protection (for Senior Members) Volunteer Schedule:
⚙️ Pre-Set Up: 8:00 a.m.
📝 Check-In: 9:00–9:15 a.m. at the Civil Air Patrol Booth
⚠️ Required Safety Meeting: 9:30 a.m. in front of the DJ booth
🚩 East Bay Cadet Color Guard Team: 11:00 a.m. (subject to change)
🔚 Clean-Up: 3:00–4:00 p.m.
