LtCol Kevin Cummings is a retired USAF pilot and is the CAP-USAF Regional Operations Director for California. He provides guidance, oversight and most importantly, he approves virtually all USAF assigned/funded missions that California takes part in.
He will describe CAP-USAF (organization, Roles/responsibilities/relationships, specific processes), Air Force Assigned Missions, and USAF support to CAP (including base support to CAP functions).
Through a moderator, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions.
