Increase the number of MOs by 10. Increase the number of MPs ready for F91 checkride by 10. Increase ground team member qualifications by 10. Increase base staff qualifications by 5 in aggregate, with a goal of 1 in each position. Add SETs in all qualifications for which we have qualified members participating.
