Group 1 SAREX (TENTATIVE)

1) Train new aircrew, ground team, and base staff personnel 2) Train current aircrew personnel to new base staff positions 3) Improve proficiency for current, qualified aircrew with emphasis on MP & MO advanced training; MS/AP proficiency training 4) Return personnel with expired qualifications back to active positions 5) Increase Group 1 and CAWG mission readiness with qualified and proficiency personnel 5) sUAS Integration (Initial training & proficiency) 6) Night Flying operations (ELT search procedures) 7) Remote Base coordination (KTOA and KRAL with MRO & AOBD).
