1. Train new aircrew, ground team, and base staff personnel
2. Minimum of 15 new fully qualified ES personnel across all ES roles
3. Minimum of 7 renewal/currency ES personnel
4. Minimum of 12 sorties for aircrew training
5. Minimum of 2 sorties with ground team / UDF / sUAS team integration
6. Minimum of 2 Sorties for sUAS team training 6. Cadet integration to ES and OPS activities
7. Comms/Base staff integration to a/c and ground sorties 8. In support of CAWG ES goals and Group 3 / 7 readiness
