Two-day event promoting -
• Proficiency: The main goal is to ensure that all teams (air, ground, & base) are proficient and can work together effectively in a real-world SAR mission. This means refining skills, mastering equipment, and learning to coordinate under stress.
• Initial Training: The exercise introduces new aircrew or ground team members to the essentials of SAR operations. Newer members receive instruction on search strategies, emergency procedures, and teamwork in high-pressure situations.
• Coordination Across Teams: The exercise aims to improve the interoperability of air and ground teams, ensuring that they can work seamlessly together during live operations.
