Search areas will be non-mountainous and relatively close to the ICP to minimize flight time/travel time and maximize time on station. Emphasis will be on thorough sortie planning but also efficient use of time to launch on time each day. Potential Add-ons: a) AP taskings for the proficiency of qualified members b) Outside agency capability demo w/airborne repeater or high bird relay to GT.
OBJECTIVES:
1. Qualify, Re-qualify, or Renew 4 Mission Observers
2. Qualify, Re-qualify or Renew 2 Mission Pilots
3. Qualify and re-qualify 2 AOBD, 1 OSC, 1 PSC, 1 MSO
4. Qualify, Re-qualify 2 MSA, 2 MRO 5. Provide realistic training for each Specialty per SQTR focused on task completion with high quality mentors and skill evaluators.
