The plan is for a two-day SAR/DR exercise event operating from San Diego - Gillespie Field (KSEE) in El Cajon California utilizing their Administration Building as the primary ICP. Mission dates allow for three alternate weekend dates in case of inclement weather conditions on the primary weekend. sUAS team participation is desired as well as all aircrew, ground team, and base staff members.  RON approved by CAWG DO LtCol Mike Prusak.

The primary focus of this event will be to train and certify 6-8 new Squadron 57 Members as Mission Scanners, Observers, and Mission Pilots. Re-certification of aircrew, aerial photographer, ground team, and base staff positions will also be available. sUAS training will also be accomplished if appropriate assets and mentors are available.  This exercise will support advanced task SQTR signoffs for all trainees attending the event. Air sorties will include new qualifications of trainees in the MS, MO, UASMP, and MP as available. Ground team training may include UDF, GTM, and GTL. Base Staff training will be available for all specialties.
