sUAS training - Skydio X2D

This event is for UAS pilots with current Form 5u and current part 107 and for UAS technicians. The goal will be for pilots to complete their complex rotary wing Form 5u's with the X2D by the end of the day. Slots are limited. There will be one virtual session beforehand (date/time TBD, required) and in-person training on the day of.

There are prerequisites for this training -

• For pilots - you must have a current form 5u (not a complex one, however) and a current part 107; you may be either a trainee or a rated/standard UASMP
• For technicians - you may be either a trainee or rated/standard 

Cadets and seniors welcome. 

There will be a virtual session beforehand (required; date/time to be determined). The on-site session will be all day, held in Dublin California at the training facility that the Alameda County Sheriff is generously making available to us. The date of the flight training will be 15 April.

We are also hoping to schedule additional equivalent training in SoCal; however, there is no date for that yet. In the meantime, SoCal members are welcome.
