Team Pre-Registration Deadline: 15 September 2024
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Assemble your team and identify your senior escort.
2. Pre-Register your team using this link. Make sure you read ALL rules and stipulations outlined in the link below: (Completed by Team Captain or Senior Escort):

3. Once you receive your formal team acceptance notification by the Project Officer (not the automated confirmation email), you will receive an event registration link to formally register and pay as an individual. This MUST be completed NO LATER THAN 10 days after receipt. Please note it may take up to 5 days to receive the individual registration link.
4. Once the register link is sent out to your team, each team member, alternate (if applicable) and senior escort must individually register, upload required forms and pay for the event. Seniors/Team Captains, please ensure your cadets individually register in a timely fashion.
5. Any changes from the original team pre-registration form, MUST be communicated to the UBWC Team as soon as the change is made (drops, additions, swaps).
(Event staff, you will receive a separate email with the direct registration link. Do not register as a team.)
Individual Registration Payment Deadline: 22 September 2024
(Not to be confused with the team Pre-Registration deadline of 15 September 2024)
Cost: $75 Per Person (Cadets, Seniors and Staff)
Fee includes all food, activities and lodging.
Team Pre-Requisites:
– 4 cadets, C/Amn and above, no more than 2 cadet officers per team
– 1 senior member escort per squadron participating must attend full-time, at a minimum.
– All members of the team should be prepared for physical fitness, aquatics, emergency services, and aerospace activities.
Challenges MAY Include:
– 3 Mile Run
- 100m ground sprint
– Ground agility and strength race
- 4x100m Team Relay Race
- 100m swimming lap
- Water checkpoint course
- Aquatic strength test
- Emergency Services challenge
- Team Leadership challenge
- Aerospace challenge
- Team Obstacle Challenge Course
- Team Volleyball Competition

Saturday night BBQ, Volleyball and various other group activities will be offered.
