BEFORE REGISTERING: please update your CAP Health data in e-services and be prepared with front/back photos of your medical insurance card and CAP Forms 160, 161, and 163 (links on the Registration page).
Join us for another exciting Encampment experience on the Oregon Coast at Camp Rilea Dec 28, 2025 - Jan 4, 2026. This week-long character-building event includes:
- Team-building with an introduction to military lifestyle
- Leadership skills training
- Aviation, space, and technology classes and activities
- A commitment to regular exercise habits
- A week of daily living the CAP Core Values
