Good afternoon,
I am excited to announce that California Wing will be bringing back Cadet Officer Weekend, now held in conjunction with the California Wing Conference! COW will be an amazing opportunity to meet other cadet officers from across the wing, develop your cadet officer skills, and have fun! Here are some of the highlights:

Discuss the future of the cadet program with the CAWG Director of Cadet Programs, the CAWG Commander, and other VIPs

Attend the Annual California Awards Banquet

One-on-one mentorship for your CAP career and your real-world career
-
Fun group activities with your fellow cadet officers

and much more!
Dates: Oct 24-26, 2025
Location: Wyndham Visalia (Visalia, CA)
Cost: $150 (includes shared hotel room, admission to the awards banquet, meals, and more)
Prerequisites: All participants must be at least a Cadet Second Lieutenant and must be at least 16 years old. Prerequisite waivers will not be permitted.
Participant registration will open soon! Monitor your cawgcap.org email address. (Do not register through the main conference website. COW participants will be using a different registration system.)
Seniors: We will need additional senior member volunteers to assist with this event. All senior member volunteers will receive wing conference credit and will have ample opportunity to step out of COW to attend other blocks at wing conference.
