Training Leaders of Cadets - Intermediate (In-Person)

In-Person course sponsored by Group 2 and hosted by Squadron 44. 

TLC-Intermediate deepens the experienced Cadet Program Officer's understanding of the Cadet Program. 

Designed for Senior Members who have experience supporting their local cadet unit and are interested in or open to higher CP leadership roles.

 

Senior Members who commit to support the cadets of their local unit are typically assigned to the role of Cadet Program Officer. 

 

TLC-Intermediate provisions CPO's with a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of a healthy and vibrant Cadet Program. 

In-person training provides great opportunity for networking with peers and problem solving discussions with experienced and knowledgeable instructors. 

Participants will be able to register using eServices Registration Zone. 

TLC-Basic will be held the previous day; participants can register for both if interested.
