Aerospace Education Officer School -
Aimed mostly at AEOs who have not taken the course, especially at members of the Aerospace Officer Specialty Track who seek to attain a higher rating.
This course is designed to teach the full range of an AEO's duties and responsibilities, as well as to teach HOW an AEO should go about fulfilling those responsibilities.
Modules include:
1. History of CAP AE;
2. The AEO Specialty Track;
3. AE Products and Programs;
4. AEX - Aerospace Education Excellence;
5. AEMs, ACE, and Top Flights;
6. Plans of Action and Activity Reports;
7. Budgets and Grants; Awards;
8. Surviving the SUI; and
9. Going Beyond the Book.

Join us for a virtual training led by Lt Col Dee Chester on completing the California Wing Aerospace Education Annual Activity Report (AAR) and Plan of Action (POA). This session will provide Aerospace Education Officers and Unit Commanders with step-by-step guidance, best practices, and resources to ensure accurate and timely submissions for the upcoming program year. All California Wing members are welcome to attend and learn more about the Aerospace Education program and its impact on unit success.
