The Pacific Region system automatically creates your email account when your membership shows up in eServices. However, in the event that your information in eServices only shows a CAP email address (for example, @cawgcap.org or @cawg.cap.gov) it has nowhere to send a welcome message to.
Ensure that you have a personal, non-CAP email address in your Secondary email field in your eServices contacts. Overnight, the system will collect your information from eServices, create an account for you, and send a welcome email with your username and a temporary password to the secondary address you just added.
