The following duty positions have access to TRACS by default.
- IC – Incident Commanders
- OSC – Operations Section Chief + Trainees
- PSC – Planning Section Chief + Trainees
- LSC – Logistics Section Chief + Trainees
- FASC – Finance/Admin Section Chief + Trainees
- Anyone with AOBD – Commander Approval for Familiarization and Preparatory Training Task Signed Off
- AOBD – Air Operations Branch Director + Trainees
- GBD – Ground Branch Director + Trainees
- CUL – Communications Unit Leader + Trainees
- MSO – Mission Safety Officers + Trainees
- MRO – Mission Radio Officers + Trainees
- FRO – Flight Release Officers
- Special Guests – Managed by IT/ES/OPS
